As a former produce purchaser at Whole Foods, Vincent started Riverwards in 2015 as a supplier servicing nearby dining establishments. At present, the shop that carries anything from tomatoes to steaks to vegetarian ice cream. And yet, step inside and you find out Riverwards is very different from your norm produce store, with a smaller footprint, regional produce and an awesome neighborhood feel.
Located at: 2200 Norris Street in Philadelphia's busy Fishtown community, this1,700-square foot food market is just outstanding place to visit.
Philly Foodie Tour of Fishtown - local residents Luis Serrano and Katy Kenslow felt that introducing everyone else to the local eateries in Fishtown would be a great opportunity. Together they began a new business venture called PHILLY FOODIES TOUR, which on Saturday and Sunday takes foodie tourists around Fishtown to experience various culinary delights.
