Where Are The Best of Berks County Pizza Shops?

1. Paparone's Pizza

Local family-run Italian restaurant and pizza shop that has excellent pizza and sandwiches. The meals include salad, bread, entree, and dessert (our favorite is the chicken parmesan with spaghetti). The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the portions are large- enough for leftovers. Paparone's is your go-to for a quick pizza or full meal. 3803 W Penn Ave, Reading, PA 19608

2. Tosco Brick Oven Pizza

It's a great neighborhood restaurant. Tosco has one of the best pizzas in the area; the taste is phenomenal, and the ingredients are on point. You can tell they did not skimp on the quality. The sauce is tasty, as well as the crust. We suggest placing your order ahead of time. Otherwise, you can expect a bit of a wait! 6889 Penn Ave, Wernersville, PA

3. Sal's Pizza Style Inc

Sal's Pizza Style has served Birdsboro and the surrounding areas since 1987. Locals sware by Sal's as the Best pizza in the county. The owner ensures he knows your name, and the staff greets you whenever you walk through the door. The pizza here is baked to perfection, with a delectable sauce. They also offer unique items such as the must-try Cheese Steak Stromboli Pizza. Homemade cooking, daily pizza dough, and a variety of sauces. 401 E 1st St, Birdsboro, PA

4. Chicho Bella Pizzeria & Subs

A happy family atmosphere greets you every time; we always love going to this place. We didn't expect much but were pleasantly surprised. The pizza had a nice, well-made pizza crust, both crisp and chewy. There was plenty of sauce, and it was not as sweet as most usual pies in the area. The prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent. Also, ask for the lunchtime pizza specials. 2342 Lancaster Pike, Reading, PA

5. Romano's Chicago Style Pizza & Grill

This is an excellent spot for pizza in Berks County. The sauce has the right balance of acidic and sweet flavors. The side crust is on point for a deep-dish pie, with the bottom crust thick enough to hold it together. They also offer a Deep-dish Veggie Lovers Pizza, loaded with vegetables and topped off with a red sauce and cheese for Vegans. 501 Lancaster Ave, Reading, Pan Berks County

6. Sal's Pizza Style

It's a cozy place with great food. The owner retired, but the family that took over uses mostly the same recipes, plus some of their own. The owners are very nice and personable. Highly recommend! A few places to sit, but mostly take out. 401 E 1st St, Birdsboro, PA 19508
