Chef Jessie Prawlucki opened Fond in 2009 with her husband and colleague, Chef Lee Styer. Before that, Chef Prawlucki worked her way up to Pastry Chef at Le Bec-Fin.

The eatery boasts a stellar bar program, a full wine list, 50 indoor seats, and expansive outdoor seating. Over the past year, Chef Prawlucki has hosted successful Bake Shop Pop-Ups at Fond and partnered with Philabundance for a food drive around the holiday season.
